How does shipping work?

We only ship to addresses in the United States at this time. Shipping is based on weight and is typically $6 -$8 per order. We ship through USPS Ground Advantage, but larger orders may ship through UPS. Orders over $120 ship for free in the United States. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.

How many pads should I buy to have enough for my whole cycle?

It depends on how heavy your flow is and how often you wash. Most ladies find that 12-16 pads is enough, which allows for enough time to wash and line dry too.

Does Linen Flo use a waterproofing layer like PUL in their reusable pads?

No, we strive to create a breathable, comfortable, natural product without any synthetic fabrics including PUL or polyester. We don’t feel the use of these fabrics is worth the advantages since they don’t allow the skin to breath in a sensitive area and can increase the risk of skin irritation. Natural fabrics including linen and cotton are plenty absorbent on their own, but they will not allow fluids to pool.

How often do I need to change my reusables throughout the day?

This will vary depending on your flow.  If you are switching from disposables to reusables, there is usually a small learning curve to determine how frequently you will need to change throughout your cycle.

How do I wash and care for my linen reusable pads?

Wash your new linen reusable pads before first use. After use, pre-rinse pads in cold water thoroughly. You may store them in a basket, wet bag, or a container with salt or a small amount of detergent to soak while you are waiting to wash. It is suggested to wash them within 24-48 hours on machine wash warm, gentle cycle. Use a gentle detergent without fragrance or fabric softeners. Hang dry in the sun or lay flat to dry. To extend the product life of Linen Flo reusable pads, it is advised to avoid tumble drying.

Do you accept returns?

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or unused pads. If you have an issue and are dissatisfied with our product, please contact us so we can make it right.
